Seats of Scholars program takes off with Principles of Hadeeth!

Mar 22nd, 2006 by Abu Hurayrah

Alhamdulillaah, the Seats of Scholars program (more information here) has begun!  This week, we will be having lessons on Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday nights at 9PM online.  The introductory topic is Usool ul-Hadeeth, or the Principles of Hadeeth.  The lessons are based off of a course given by Yasir Qadhi.

First, you need to get setup to connect to the classes.  Once you’ve done that, you’ll be ready!

Please review the information about the program there and join us tonight and the rest of the week!

    Assalamualaikum,

Alhamdulillah, this first class in my opinion is starting off great. It sure beats listening to the lecture alone. The discussion after the lecture I think helps a lot in retaining the information and understanding it insyaallah. May Allah bless this gathering to seek knowledge.

Alhamdulillaah. I’m glad you were able to benefit from them. I hope that this program takes off, because it’s a rather easy way for people that otherwise cannot attend Islamic classes to, nonetheless, get the same or similar benefit, in shaa Allaah.

Wa `alaykumussalaam wa Rahmatullaahi wa Barakatuhu

The program is available for anyone. All the program materials are available online – the lecture audio, the course notes, the exam, & the exam answers.
